RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please read the following.

In order to be eligible for an exchange or refund, the customer must notify Bright Bands of damaged or missing items from customer’s order within 7 days after customer receives product. Note, the cost of shipping will not be refunded on returns, and the items must be in 100% new condition, have not been worn or altered.

Returns that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be given. Determination of the condition of an item will be at the complete discretion of Bright Bands.

If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.
